These Custom Built, All Wood Bathroom Vanities are part of SAN DIEGO CABINET’s Craftsman Collection. They are specifically designed and built with an open back to make it easy for the homeowner to install. Nothing to Assemble. Just a couple of screws to hold it to the wall and you are done.
Cabinet Construction is the modern European Frameless Design. SAN DIEGO CABINETS uses ¾” thick furniture grade Birch Plywood to build the cabinet and solid hardwood to build the doors. Absolutely no melamine is used in this cabinet. The sides, the bottom, even the toe kick is ¾” Birch Plywood.
The drawers are special too. They are full depth, built using 5/8” thick Birch for the sides and ¼” Hard Rock Maple Melamine for the drawer bottom. The drawer sides are also finished in a clear natural birch lacquer coating to make the entire drawer easy to clean and sanitize. Just wipe with a wet sponge or furniture polish and you are done. The drawers are then installed with heavy duty ball bearing slides that allow the drawer to be pulled all the way out and support up to 100lbs per drawer.
The inside of the cabinet is finished in a clear natural birch lacquer coating which makes it easy to keep clean and the outside of the cabinet and doors comes finished in White with Catalyzed Lacquer to produce a superior long lasting finish. Other colors are available at additional cost.
The cabinets are built at our small shop in Escondido. Prices are this low because we don’t have the high overhead of a showroom and build them when we are not busy building kitchens. I have a limited number of each size ready for you to take with you. Just call Guy or Stella at to make an appointment to look at them and take them home.
